It is my pleasure to introduce a talented woman named Alane. She has strong analytical and creative skills plus a passion for color. Alane believes in herself, providing her with the confidence needed for this business.

Here is her story…

I’m Alane Rode, though I’m known on social media as The Color Geek.

I was trained in the 12-Tone system of PCA in August of 2015 by Terry Wildfong of Your Natural Design, certified Sci\ART trainer. Since then, I have seen countless faces, discovered the beauty of every season, and started my own style blog. Most of my business is done in my studio, located near Milwaukee, WI (roughly 90 miles north of Chicago).

I have always been interested in beauty and fashion, as well as math, science, and research. As a color analyst, I am able to combine those two sides of my personality into one big, colorful, geeky passion. My other hobbies include reading, hiking, painting, skiing, cat-petting, and hot beverages. I have an engineer husband, two happy daughters, and three sassy cats.

I’m so excited to be a part of this wonderful community of brilliant analysts, and I can’t wait to see what the future of color analysis looks like.
